    Click HERE  to obtain a Certificate of Inspection. Once ready, call the non-emergency dispatch number to have an officer come to you for the inspection.
  • How do I get my property out of Safekeep or Evidence?

    If you have property in safekeep or evidence, please call the police secretary for assistance. 

  • How do I file a police report?

    For an emergency, please call 911. If the report is NOT an emergency, please call the non-emergency dispatch number at 435-734-3800 and press 0 for assistance. 
  • Does Perry PD offer fingerprinting?

    Yes, we do. Fingerprints are ink only, no live-scan fingerprinting is available. Click HERE to view fingerprinting fees. To schedule an appointment, please contact the police secretary. You will need to bring a picture ID with you to your appointment.
