Registered Sex, Kidnap & Child Abuse Offenders may register with the department by making an appointment. To schedule an appointment,
please call the police secretary at 435-723-9595.

A $25.00 registration fee is to be paid to the Police Department during every annual registration. 

To pay your annual UDC fee of $100.00 during your birth month, please see the four payment options listed below:

1. Pay by mail - Pay with a cashier's check, money order, or credit card, and send to:
